Founded as a university project

Simple Staging was founded by brothers Samuel and Leo as a university project. The initial focus was home staging for local real estate agents — which is also where the name comes from.

2021

Becoming a real company

After graduation, the project became a company. We traveled across Germany, introduced ourselves in person, knocked on doors and actively built our first client relationships.

2023

Focus on new builds and team growth

As our client base grew, our focus shifted increasingly to new-build projects. At the same time, our team grew to around 10 people across graphic design, project management and architecture.

2025

From visualization to full-service marketing

As our clients' needs grew, so did our ambitions. Our team expanded to include web developers, interior designers and other specialists, gradually turning individual services into a holistic marketing approach.

Looking ahead

We keep learning, follow new developments and test modern tools and AI to give our team more possibilities and further improve quality and speed.
